Pools can start anytime. Select the start date when you create your Bakers Dozen 13-Run Pool.
Configure the pool to pick single or multiple teams per player.
Configure the number of runs you want to play for.
A note from our staff: We call it 13-Run because that's what people play, but here at Smotch, "we write the Office Pools that make the whole world play".
Bakers Dozen Rules (based on default settings)
Team selections cannot change once the Pool has begun.
Please do not pick the same team(s) as others in your league. You can try if you want, but we'll stop you.
There is a limit of 30 players per league. This is because there are only 30 teams in Major League Baseball.
Ties are handled at the discrection of Pool Administrators and will not be resolved by Smotch.com.
Bakers Dozen Scoring
Smotch.com will track the total runs scored each time your Team plays.
Pool standings will be updated daily.
Each time your Team scores any number of total runs from 0 to 13, the Standings will be updated with a to indicate you have scored that number of runs.
The team that closes all of the numbers from 0 to 13 total runs first wins!
The All-Star Game & MLB 2006 Playoffs do not count.
